Professional and Efficient Glass Cover for Cookware

Test for quality control
Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our glass lid can withstand high temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes without breaking or cracking.
- Impact Resistance Test: The lid has been tested by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, impacting on the lid at 1/3 radius. After three drops, no damage or cracks were observed.
- Dishwasher Test: The lid has undergone 50 dishwasher cycles without any color change to yellow or darkening. The stainless rim remains securely attached and free from deformation.
- Salt Spraying Test: The lid has been exposed to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours. No rust marks were found on the rim, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance.
- Corrosion Test: The lid has been subjected to boiling water for 30 minutes, and no rust marks were observed on the rim or any changes to the lid.
- Internal Stress Analysis: The lid has been tested by breaking it with a pointed hammer. The fragments produced have a maximum dimension of 3 cm, with a minimum of 60 fragments in a 25cm² area. The largest fragment does not exceed 3g.
