Test for quality control

Strict Performance & Quality Test

• Heat Test: Our glass lid can withstand temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes without breaking or cracking.


• Impact Resistance Test: The lid has been tested by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, impacting the lid at 1/3 radius. After three drops, no damage or cracks were observed.


• Dishwasher Test: The lid has undergone 50 dishwasher cycles without changing color or becoming loose or deformed.


• Salt Spraying Test: The lid has been exposed to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours, and no rust marks were found on the rim.


• Corrosion Test: The lid has been boiled in water for 30 minutes, and no rust marks or changes were observed.


• Internal Stress Analysis: The lid has been subjected to a breaking test with a pointed hammer, resulting in fragments with a maximum dimension of 3 cm. A minimum of 60 fragments were found in a 25cm² area, with the largest fragment weighing no more than 3g.
