                                                                                                                             Strict Performance & Quality Test 


♥  Heat Test: Put the lid into oven at  200 °C for 60 minutes, remove immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid not broken or cracked.   
♥  Impact resistance test: Drop the 225g ball from the height of 1.5 meters in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, no damage or any cracks.
♥  Dishwasher Test: Washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid not changed into yellow or dark, and the stainless rim not loosed or deformed.
♥  Salt Spraying Test: Put the lid into the 5% Nacl solution with the PH at 7.0 for 24 hours. Result: no rust mark on the rim.
♥  Corrosion Test: Put the lid into the boiling water for 30 minutes. Result: no rust mark on the rim or no change on the lid.
♥  Internal Stress Analysis: Breaking with a pointed hammer and analyse the size of the fragments. Maximum dimension of a fragment = 3 cm and minimum 60 fragments in 25cm² (5 cm x 5cm). and the biggest one not over 3g.
