Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our lid can withstand high temperatures up to 200 °C for 60 minutes without any breakage or cracks, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
- Impact Resistance Test: Tested rigorously by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, our lid proves its exceptional strength by withstanding multiple impacts without any damage or cracks.
- Dishwasher Test: Withstand the test of time as our lid can be washed by the dishwasher up to 50 times without changing color or losing its shape. The stainless rim remains intact and secure.
- Salt Spraying Test: Our lid is resistant to rust, even when exposed to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours. Rest assured, there will be no rust marks on the rim.
- Corrosion Test: Boiling water is no match for our lid. After being submerged for 30 minutes, there will be no rust marks on the rim or any changes to the lid, ensuring its longevity.
- Internal Stress Analysis: Our lid undergoes a thorough analysis to ensure its strength. Breaking it with a pointed hammer reveals fragments with a maximum dimension of 3 cm and a minimum of 60 fragments in a 25cm² area. The largest fragment weighs no more than 3g.
