Test for quality control
Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our lid has undergone rigorous testing, including exposure to 200°C in the oven for 60 minutes, followed by immediate immersion in room temperature water. Rest assured, the lid remains intact without any cracks or breakage.
- Impact Resistance Test: We have dropped a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, impacting the lid at 1/3 radius, not once but three times. Remarkably, the lid shows no signs of damage or cracks.
- Dishwasher Test: To ensure convenience and longevity, our lid has been subjected to 50 cycles in the dishwasher. Even after repeated washes, it maintains its original color without turning yellow or dark. The stainless rim remains securely in place, without any loosening or deformation.
- Salt Spraying Test: Our lid has been immersed in a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours. The result? No rust marks on the rim, ensuring its long-lasting quality.
- Corrosion Test: Boiling water for 30 minutes poses no threat to our lid. It remains free from rust marks on the rim and shows no changes in its overall appearance.
- Internal Stress Analysis: We have conducted a comprehensive analysis by breaking the lid with a pointed hammer. The fragments produced have a maximum dimension of 3 cm, with a minimum of 60 fragments in a 25cm² area. The largest fragment weighs no more than 3g, ensuring safety and reliability.
