Heat Test
Our lid can handle the heat! We've tested it by putting it in the oven at 200°C for 60 minutes, followed by an immediate plunge into room temperature water. And guess what? No cracks or breakages! It's as sturdy as can be.
Impact Resistance Test
We've dropped a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters onto the lid, not once, not twice, but three times! And guess what? No damage or cracks! Our lid can take a beating and still come out unscathed.
Dishwasher Test
Worried about washing our lid in the dishwasher? Don't be! We've put it t***gh 50 dishwasher cycles, and it still looks as good as new. No yellowing, no darkening, and the stainless rim remains tight and secure.
Salt Spraying Test
We've submerged our lid in a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for a full 24 hours. The result? No rust marks on the rim! Our lid is built to resist corrosion and stay looking great.
Corrosion Test
We've boiled our lid in water for 30 minutes, and guess what? No rust marks on the rim, and no changes to the lid itself. It's built to last and withstand the toughest cooking conditions.
Internal Stress Analysis
We've taken a pointed hammer to our lid and analyzed the fragments. The maximum dimension of a fragment is 3 cm, and we've found a minimum of 60 fragments in a 25cm² area. Plus, the biggest fragment weighs no more than 3g. Our lid is not only strong but also safe.
