Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our lid can withstand extreme temperatures! We put it in the oven at a scorching 200 °C for 60 minutes, and guess what? It didn't break or *** when immediately submerged in room temperature water. Now that's impressive!
- Impact Resistance Test: We dropped a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, not once, not twice, but three times on the lid. And guess what? No damage or cracks! Our lid can handle the toughest impacts with ease.
- Dishwasher Test: Worried about your lid losing its shine after multiple washes? Fear not! We tested it by running it through the dishwasher 50 times, and guess what? It didn't change color, no yellowing or darkening. Plus, the stainless rim remained intact and perfectly shaped. Now that's what we call durability!
- Salt Spraying Test: We submerged our lid in a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for a whole 24 hours. And the result? No rust marks on the rim! Our lid is built to resist corrosion and maintain its pristine appearance.
- Corrosion Test: We boiled our lid in water for 30 minutes, and guess what? No rust marks on the rim and no changes to the lid! Our lid is designed to withstand even the harshest conditions.
- Internal Stress Analysis: We took a pointed hammer and broke our lid to analyze the fragments. The maximum dimension of a fragment was only 3 cm, and we found a whopping 60 fragments in just a 25cm² area. Plus, the biggest fragment didn't exceed 3g. Our lid is not only tough but also safe!
