Test for quality control
Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our lid can withstand high temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes without breaking or cracking.
- Impact Resistance Test: It has been tested by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, and after three impacts, it remains undamaged.
- Dishwasher Test: You can wash this lid in the dishwasher up to 50 times without worrying about it changing color or the stainless rim becoming loose or deformed.
- Salt Spraying Test: We have tested the lid by exposing it to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours, and there are no rust marks on the rim.
- Corrosion Test: Boiling the lid for 30 minutes does not leave any rust marks on the rim or cause any changes to the lid.
- Internal Stress Analysis: Our lid has been analyzed for internal stress by breaking it with a pointed hammer. The fragments have a maximum dimension of 3 cm, and there are at least 60 fragments in a 25cm² area.
