  • Heat Test: Our glass cover can withstand temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes without breaking or cracking.
  
  
  • Impact Resistance Test: It has been tested by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, impacting the lid at 1/3 radius. After three times, no damage or cracks were found.
  
  
  • Dishwasher Test: The glass cover has undergone 50 dishwasher cycles without any changes in color or deformation of the stainless rim.
  
  
  • Salt Spraying Test: It has been exposed to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours, and no rust marks were observed on the rim.
  
  
  • Corrosion Test: The glass cover has been boiled for 30 minutes, and no rust marks or changes were detected.
  
  
  • Internal Stress Analysis: The glass cover has been subjected to a pointed hammer test, resulting in fragments with a maximum dimension of 3 cm. A minimum of 60 fragments were found in a 25cm² area, with the largest fragment weighing no more than 3g.
