Strict Performance & Quality Test
- Heat Test: Our lid can withstand temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes without breaking or cracking, providing durability and safety in the kitchen.
- Impact Resistance Test: Tested by dropping a 225g ball from a height of 1.5 meters, our lid shows no damage or cracks even after three impacts, ensuring long-lasting performance.
- Dishwasher Test: Withstanding 50 dishwasher cycles, our lid remains unchanged in color, maintaining its original appearance. The stainless rim stays securely in place without any loosening or deformation.
- Salt Spraying Test: Exposed to a 5% Nacl solution with a pH of 7.0 for 24 hours, our lid shows no rust marks on the rim, guaranteeing its corrosion resistance.
- Corrosion Test: Boiled for 30 minutes, our lid exhibits no rust marks on the rim or any changes in its overall structure, ensuring its longevity.
- Internal Stress Analysis: Our lid is carefully analyzed for internal stress by breaking it with a pointed hammer. The resulting fragments have a maximum dimension of 3 cm, with a minimum of 60 fragments in a 25cm² area. The largest fragment does not exceed 3g, ensuring the lid's safety and reliability.
